A menu with a large proportion of organic ingredients and locally produced ingredients from the farms in the area.

Pumpkin soup
Soup made of organic pumpkin, topped with herbal oil, roasted pumpkin seeds & garlic croutons

Wild boar
Served with an organic root fruit puree, organic roasted mushrooms, kale chips, lingonberries & spicy applesauce with locally grown apples from Äppledalen

Fried apples from Vistakulle
Served with organic cardamom cream, organic roasted hazelnuts & honey from Lupiners Gård

Our Sustainable Menu is valid during January-March for pre-booked groups of at least 2 people and is updated according to what is in season. During the summer, our sustainable dishes are also available on our regular á la carte menu.
